| Leo graduated from Glasgow University in 1987, trained with Ernst & Young London, finishing work in London with the financial training company MDA training, Leo worked in a merchant bank whilst in Auckland , returning to the UK in 2002, to start his own accounting and tax practices. Leo is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales, member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and holds a current UK Certificate of Public Practice.
